Saf O’ Me is an Australian personal safety brand offering GPS-enabled safety devices, a mobile app, and a user portal for real-time tracking, health monitoring, and emergency alerts.

Our goal is to empower individuals and caregivers with innovative, discreet, and secure tools to enhance personal safety.

Our devices are specially designed for:

Saf O’ Me empowers families, carers, and organisations to proactively protect those most vulnerable.

Yes. All Saf O’ Me GPS devices require a nano SIM card with mobile data.

They rely on 4G LTE and Wi-Fi for location updates.

If mobile coverage is poor or unavailable, location accuracy and communication may be affected.

Saf O’ Me is not responsible for SIM/network outages.

We collect only what’s necessary to provide our safety features:

  • Full name, email, phone number, and address
  • IP address and device identifiers
  • GPS and Wi-Fi-based real-time location data
  • Health data (heart rate, SpO₂, BP from supported devices)
  • SOS alerts, fall detection, and activity history

All data is securely stored on AWS servers in Sydney, Australia, with strong encryption and privacy controls. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime; the service continues until the end of the current billing period.

Remote voice monitoring (Safe Pro only) allows caregivers to silently listen to the device’s surroundings in emergency situations.
It is:

  • Disabled by default
  • Enabled only with explicit consent at signup
  • Used only by verified contacts
  • Compliant with Australian surveillance laws

Misuse is prohibited. The consenting party is fully responsible for lawful use.

All Saf O’ Me devices come with a 12-month warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental or water damage
  • SIM/network issues
  • Device misuse or neglect

Yes! We offer a 14-day risk-free return from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:

  • Item must be in good condition and original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

📦 Return shipping is your responsibility.

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Refund time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Yes. You can request access or export of your location history and SOS records depending on your subscription tier.
Exports are provided in spreadsheet format. We do not currently support direct integration with other platforms or apps.

Yes. Based on your usage, the Saf O’ Me app may request access to:

  • Location (GPS and Wi-Fi)
  • Microphone (for Safe Pro voice monitoring)
  • Contacts (for emergency calling)
  • Camera (future use)
  • Health data (future integrations with Apple/Google Health)

You may allow or deny these permissions at any time.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy, you have the right to:

  • Access, update or delete your personal data
  • Export your data upon request
  • Limit use of your data for marketing or analytics
  • Be informed of policy updates and data use changes

Yes. Saf O’ Me fully complies with ACL. You are entitled to:

  • A refund or replacement for a major product failure
  • Repairs or reasonable remedies for minor issues
  • Compensation for foreseeable losses

This is in addition to our own warranty and return policies.
