Remote Voice Monitoring

Remote voice monitoring is a premium feature available only on the Safe Pro subscription plan. When you sign up for Safe Pro, you must give explicit consent to enable this function.

This feature allows pre-approved caregivers to initiate silent, one-way audio monitoring when serious events like SOS or falls are detected.

Safeguards:

  • Disabled by default
  • Consent required during plan signup
  • Only accessible by verified accounts
  • No recording or storing of conversations

We comply with the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 and relevant state surveillance laws.

Important: Misuse of this feature is strictly prohibited. Saf O’ Me disclaims liability for any abuse. The user or legal guardian who provides express consent is solely responsible for lawful use.
