Returns Policy

At Saf O’ Me, we are committed to offering a fair and transparent return process. This Returns Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when returning products, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Risk-Free Return Period

We offer a 14-day risk-free return period, starting from the date your order is delivered. You may return your product for any reason during this period.

Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item received
  • Item damaged upon arrival
  • Faulty or defective products

All return requests are assessed in good faith. We reserve the right to inspect the condition of returned items before approval.

Conditions of Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in good, resalable condition and not damaged through misuse
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

All returns are subject to a 15% flat restocking fee, deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a product fault or Saf O’ Me error. Items returned in poor or incomplete condition may result in reduced refunds. Final return eligibility is at our discretion.

Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected:

You may choose one of the following:

  • A refund to your original payment method (less restocking fee, if applicable)
  • A replacement product of the same type
  • Store credit (restocking fee waived for this option)

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is approved. Timeframes may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to our error

We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not liable for returned items lost in transit.

Uniform Product Coverage

All products—including hardware such as GPS tracking devices, accessories, and wearables—are covered by the same return terms.

Subscription & SaaS Products

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time, with the change taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
No pro-rata refunds are given unless required under ACL.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@safome.co within 10 days of receiving your order
  2. Wait for our team to provide confirmation and return instructions
  3. Once authorised, send your item(s) to:

Australian Consumer Law Compliance

This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major product failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor issues, we will offer a repair, replacement, or other suitable remedy.
